At Hajra Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
